Terms of Service
Welcome to the National Bicycle Theft Registry, a public service brought to you by Stacy Hall of Castle Rock, Colorado, USA. I developed this publicly-accessible bicycle recovery and public awareness service (the "Service") in an effort to give bicyclists and concerned citizens the ability to post and broadcast bicycle thefts and build a public awareness network of eyes and ears who operate to protect our community from the growing problem of bicycle theft by watching out for crime and working with out local law enforcement agencies.
By giving enthusiasts, merchants, and law enforcement agencies the ability to register bicycle thefts and send out bulletin alerts when bicycle thefts are discovered, it is hoped our collective effort will grow to send a strong message to thieves that we are organizing around the defense of our property through active monitoring and crime reporting.
